Shipping policy

Choose to have your order delivered to your home address or an alternative location. Simply specify your preferred delivery address during checkout.

Standard Delivery
Receive FREE standard delivery for orders over £40 within mainland UK. Any orders below £40 will have a postage charge. Our goal is to ship all items to mainland UK addresses within 5 working days (subject to availability). Orders received before Midday (12 pm) Mon-Fri will usually be shipped the next day. This may vary during busier times.

Delivery times are typically between 8.30 am-5.30 pm on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays). Signatures are required upon delivery, but if you prefer no signature, please let us know beforehand and indicate a secure location for your parcel. 
When you opt for your parcel to be left in a secure location, Sender will provide tracking details all the way through to Delivery. Please note that in such cases, Bobby's Banquet cannot be held liable for any parcels that are not delivered due to lack of signature upon delivery.

Delivery Surcharges:
Some postcodes may incur an added fee for courier delivery, and larger/heavier orders could also result in an extra charge.

Bank Holidays
During English Bank Holidays, we do not dispatch goods. Additionally, we will be closed for about 12 days during the Christmas/New Year period, meaning goods will not be dispatched. To ensure timely delivery, please place orders well ahead of Bank Holiday periods.
